The Phone Co-op is a British telecommunications co-operative, which operates under self-imposed environmental and ethical guidelines. It provides telephone and internet services, including web hosting and broadband to private customers, charities and other co-operatives.
This role is customer facing where the primary remit is to advise and inform in a technical nature the users of the Phone Co-op broadband services. The aim is to ensure satisfaction to consumers and to support the customer services
E-Commerce Assistant / Findel Direct (Letterbox)
Findel plc is a dynamic multi channel retailer operating across the business-to-consumer and business-to-business marketplaces. Findel trades across three
divisions, Home Shopping, Education and Healthcare. Letterbox is part of the Findel Direct division, selling toys and educational activities for children.
This role was to assist with the online marketing Letterbox which is a FMCG brand.

Reporting on the success of outgoing email campaigns

Approving new affiliate applications

Emailing affiliates with latest offers and banners

Digital Marketing Executive / DSGi Plc
DSGi is a FTSE 250 organisation spanning the whole of Europe. I worked primarily on the B2B proposition; this was combined with working on two B2C online only propositions, called Mac Warehouse and Microwarehouse, as well as PC World Business and Equanet.
PPC- create reports to cover all metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CR%, CPA to name but a few. Check all destination URL, and create landing pages for specific campaigns and start from scratch vendor campaigns
Affiliate Scheme - Liaise with Affiliate Future, Commission Junction and DGM, providing promotional information, creative and incentives for the affiliates, as well as overseeing validation process
Price Comparison sites - Manage the relationship with the major price comparison sites, ensuring the feeds are live and conversion rates are maintained for a cost effective campaign
Email Marketing - Provide content and product information for email templates and work with the data team on the segmentation of the customer base
Reporting and Analysis - The major benefit of digital marketing is the ability to accurately report on performance and I provide a range of daily, weekly and monthly reports for the senior management.
Restructuring the entire email campaign bringing co-ordination not just through the marketing team but in other key areas such buying and vendor specialists. We doubled our CR% on the previous 6 months of the campaign.
