DSGi is a FTSE 250 organisation spanning the whole of Europe. I worked primarily on the B2B proposition; this was combined with working on two B2C online only propositions, called Mac Warehouse and Microwarehouse, as well as PC World Business and Equanet.
PPC- create reports to cover all metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CR%, CPA to name but a few. Check all destination URL, and create landing pages for specific campaigns and start from scratch vendor campaigns
Affiliate Scheme - Liaise with Affiliate Future, Commission Junction and DGM, providing promotional information, creative and incentives for the affiliates, as well as overseeing validation process
Price Comparison sites - Manage the relationship with the major price comparison sites, ensuring the feeds are live and conversion rates are maintained for a cost effective campaign
Email Marketing - Provide content and product information for email templates and work with the data team on the segmentation of the customer base
Reporting and Analysis - The major benefit of digital marketing is the ability to accurately report on performance and I provide a range of daily, weekly and monthly reports for the senior management.
Restructuring the entire email campaign bringing co-ordination not just through the marketing team but in other key areas such buying and vendor specialists. We doubled our CR% on the previous 6 months of the campaign.
